50 Minute Slow Morning Flow | Gentle Yoga to Wake Up the Whole Body
Start your day with this slow morning flow, a gentle full body practice to help you wake up, move, and stretch from head to toe. Good for all levels, no experience needed. This is an unhurried flow that moves through the whole body to ease out stiffness from sleep and build a little warmth and energy. Expect slow transitions and time to feel each shape as you open the spine, side body, hips, hamstrings, chest and shoulders. It's a good way to start a busy day, loosen up before you sit at a desk, or simply move with your breath before the day gets noisy. By the end you'll feel looser, clearer, and more awake. Props are optional but welcome if you have them: a bolster or pillow, a couple of blocks, and maybe a blanket for Savasana. Move slowly, listen to your body, and never push into sharp pain.
