36 Min Gentle Floor Yoga | Full Body Mobility and Stretch, All Levels
A 36 minute gentle yoga practice done entirely on the floor, for anyone who wants to move, stretch, and loosen up without a single standing pose. Good for stiff hips, a tight lower back, and shoulders that have spent too long at a desk. We stay low to the ground the whole time, moving slowly through the hips, spine, hamstrings, and shoulders. Expect easy repeated movement to warm the joints first, then longer stretches that give the body time to soften and release. Nothing fast, nothing complicated, no experience needed. It works well as a slow start to the morning or as a wind down at the end of the day. Props are optional but welcome if you have them: a bolster or pillow, a couple of blocks, and a blanket.
