55 Minute Yin Yoga for Legs and Hips: Release Tight Hamstrings and Glutes
A slow, floor based Yin practice for the legs and lower body. 55 minutes of long holds to soften tight hamstrings, glutes, and the connective tissue that holds tension in the legs. This class is about grounding instead of running. Each posture is held long enough for the tissue to actually let go, giving you a chance to root down and settle into stillness rather than push forward. Good for days after a run or a long stretch of sitting, or anytime your legs feel tight and your mind feels scattered. All levels welcome, no experience needed. Props are optional but welcome if you have them: a bolster or pillow, a couple of blocks, and a blanket. Move slowly, listen to your body, and never push into sharp pain.
