55 Min Slow Vinyasa Yoga for Tight Hips | Breath Led Flow
A 55 minute slow vinyasa practice where every movement is paired with an inhale or an exhale. We work gradually into the hips, with time to settle into each shape before moving on. This is a flow without rushing. The pace stays slow enough to feel each transition, and the breath sets the rhythm rather than the other way around. Expect steady, unhurried movement that opens the hips layer by layer. Good for tight hips after a day of sitting, or any time you want to move slowly and deliberately. All levels welcome, no experience needed. Props are optional. If you have a block or two and a cushion or folded blanket, keep them close by just in case.
