50 Minute Vinyasa Yoga for Side Body and Twists | Release Tension, Restore Spinal Mobility

This 50 minute Vinyasa flow works into the side body and uses twists to wring out tension and restore mobility through the spine. If you've been feeling compressed, stiff through the ribs and waist, or hunched from long days at a desk, this practice is for you. Expect long lateral stretches, standing and seated twists, and sequences that link breath to movement from start to finish. The pace is dynamic but there's room to breathe: options are offered throughout so you can work at your own intensity, whether that's a strong flow or something softer. Suitable for all levels. Props are optional but welcome if you have them. If you have blocks, keep them handy. Move slowly, listen to your body, and never push into sharp pain.
