50 Minute Vinyasa Flow | Power in the Transitions (Intermediate)

This 50 minute flow is about finding power in the transitions, not just the poses. Instead of rushing between shapes, we slow down and focus on the controlled energy it takes to move from one to the next. Expect a practice that feels intense and intentional but stays fully accessible if you're at an intermediate level. We skip the acrobatics of modern yoga and focus on what actually works: breath, balance, and sustained muscular engagement. And yes, my cat Lucy makes an appearance in this one, as she does most days on the mat. Use a block if you like to bring the floor to you. Otherwise, just show up with your mat and a willingness to work. Props are optional but welcome if you have them: a bolster or pillow, a couple of blocks, and a blanket. Move slowly, listen to your body, and never push into sharp pain. If you have an injury or health concern, check with your doctor first.
