A 30 minute full body mobility practice to loosen stiff joints, wake up the spine, and ease stiffness from head to toe. No long holds and no complicated shapes, just slow, continuous movement at an unhurried pace. We work through gentle rolls, stretches, and mobility for the neck, shoulders, spine, hips, and legs, giving each part of the body time to soften and respond. A good practice for mornings, after a long day of sitting, or any time the body feels stiff and slow. Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. No props needed.
