This 46 minute standing practice moves through grounding, powerful shapes that generate heat while creating length through the hips, side body, and chest. Expect a steady flow of standing postures, plenty of warrior and goddess variations, and a pace that builds heat without rushing. You'll work strength and stability through the legs while opening through the hips, waist, and chest. Good for all levels, no experience needed. Props are optional but welcome if you have them: a block nearby is helpful for this one. Move slowly, listen to your body, and never push into sharp pain.
