54 Min Yin Yoga for Chakra Balancing | Slow Practice to Clear Your Energy
A slow, grounding Yin practice to move energy through all seven chakras, from the root at the base of the spine up to the crown. This is a full body chakra cleanse: long, passive holds that reach into the deeper connective tissue of the hips, spine, and heart while clearing and rebalancing each energy center along the way. You'll settle into supported shapes and stay a while, letting the body soften and open on its own time. Expect slow transitions, plenty of stillness, and space to feel each area release. It's a good practice when you feel stuck or scattered, after a long desk day, or any time you want to come back to center. Suitable for all levels, no experience needed. Both of my cats make an appearance in this one, so consider them your co teachers for the hour. If you spot them, say hi in the comments. Props are optional but welcome if you have them: a bolster or pillow, a couple of blocks, and a blanket. Move slowly, listen to your body, and never push into sharp pain.
