15 Min Core Strength Yoga | Stability, Posture and a Stronger Back
A 15 minute core strength practice to build stability from the center out. If you want better posture, steadier balance, and a happier lower back, this short practice is for you. The core is the foundation of nearly everything the body does. When it's strong, you stand taller, balance more easily, and your lower back doesn't have to work overtime holding you up. This practice works the deep core muscles with slow, controlled movement and steady breath, fifteen minutes you can fit into almost any day. No experience needed, all levels welcome. Props are optional but welcome if you have them: a couple of blocks and a blanket for padding under the knees or spine. Move slowly, listen to your body, and never push into sharp pain.
