Пухкава, хрупкава и много вкусна! Това е една от най - лесните питки, които съм правила, защото имах една малка помощничка! ОФОРМЯНЕТО Е ТУК:    • Пухкава питка "на конци" № 126! Красива, б...   ЗА ТЕСТОТО: 200 мл прясно мляко, 200 мл вода, 2 ч. л. суха мая, 10 г захар, 3 супени лъжици олио, 1 суп. лъжица оцет, 2 яйца /1 жълтък е за намазване/, 800 г брашно, 100 г меко масло, 10 г сол. НАЧИН НА ПРИГОТВЯНЕ: Маята размивам в прясното мляко, добавям захарта с 2-3 супени лъжици брашно и покривам за 30 минути. Заедно с останалите продукти замесвам тесто, което също трябва да втаса. С добавянето на оцет тестото става по - въздушно и еластично. ГРАМАЖИТЕ НА ТЕСТОТО ПО МИНУТИ: 0:00 - Начало 0:11 - 700 г тесто за оформяне на питката 0:42 - 350 г тесто 0:50 - 150 г тесто 1:25 - Печене на питката ПОСЕТЕТЕ и моя блог, където ще намерите още интересни идеи: https://kiss-and-caramel.blogspot.com/ ОФОРМЯМ питката /както съм показала във видеото/, като за всеки етап съм дала точните грамажи. Отново покривам със свежо фолио и кухненска кърпа за 1 час. Пека в загрята на 180°С фурна за 50 минути. Глазирам с разтопено масло. FOR THE DOUGH: 200 ml of fresh milk, 200 ml of water, 30 g of fresh yeast, 10 g of sugar, 3 tablespoons of oil, 1 tbsp. spoon of vinegar, 2 eggs (1 yolk is for spreading), 800 g of flour, 100 g butter, 10 g of salt. METHOD OF PREPARATION: Dissolve the yeast in the fresh milk, add the sugar with 2-3 tablespoons of flour and cover for 30 minutes. Together with the rest of the products, I mix the dough, which also needs to rise. With the addition of vinegar, the dough becomes more airy. I SHAPE the bread, as I have given the exact weights for each stage. Cover again with fresh foil and kitchen towel for 1 hour. After it rises, I brush the bread with a beaten egg yolk and a pinch of turmeric for a richer color. Bake in an oven heated to 180°С for 50 minutes. I glaze with melted butter.
