Recipe: 450-500g wheat flour (4 1/2 cups). 1 tablespoon sugar (1 tablespoon). 25 g fresh yeast (1 oz). 125 ml warm milk (1/2 cup). 2 eggs + 1 yolk. 30 g butter (1 ounce). 5-6 g salt (1/2 teaspoon). Pumpkin seeds. Knead the dough and let it rest for 30-40 minutes. Form buns. Brush with egg yolk and milk. Garnish with pumpkin seeds. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 30-35 minutes. Bon appetit!
