Grind the ground spices with a little water and set aside. 2. Cut the goat meat to your liking and set aside. 3. Boil water with 6 bay leaves and 2 stalks of lemongrass in a pressure cooker until boiling. 4. Once boiling, add the goat meat and ribs. 5. Add salt to taste, cover the pressure cooker, and cook for 30 minutes. 6. After 30 minutes, drain the meat and save some of the broth for cooking. 7. Thinly slice the shallots and garlic and set aside. 8. Slice the ginger and galangal into matchstick-sized pieces and set aside. 9. Slice the large red chilies diagonally and set aside. 10. Prepare a frying pan for cooking, add oil and heat. 11. Once hot, add the sliced ​​shallots, garlic, galangal, and ginger. 12. Cook until fragrant, then add 2 bay leaves, lemongrass, ground spices, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper, and cook until the strong odor disappears. 13. Then, add the goat meat, add a little broth, sweet soy sauce, palm sugar, and tamarind water. 14. Stir well and add salt and mushroom stock, then cook until the sauce thickens. 15.
