This session blends HIIT, Pilates, sculpt, and strength for a full-body burn. I’m using two 5-lb dumbbells and a medium resistance booty band, but feel free to grab any weighted objects you have at home. All exercises will go 45 seconds on / 15 seconds of rest and we will not repeat any exercises. This workout includes a warm up and cooldown.
