BIZCOCHÓN MARMOLADO VEGANO | Living Like A Panda

Today we bring a recipe that we have been asked to veganize for a long time. Of these results, but deep down they are easy. A #bizcochonmarmolado of vanilla and chocolate, of the two richest flavors of all life. If you want the recipe in writing, we leave it here below: INGREDIENTS #vegan: · We begin by sifting the following "solid" ingredients in a large bowl: 280 g of wheat flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 pinch of salt · On the other hand we are going to mix these other ingredients to make a "liquid" mixture: 250 ml of rice milk 65 ml of vegetable oil 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tsp vanilla essence 215 g of whole cane sugar · We stir well with a few rods until the sugar dissolves. · We are going to pour this mixture over the mixture of dry or solid ingredients. · We stir again with the rods until it runs out of lumps. · We are going to separate a third of this mixture in another container and we are going to add: 10 g of cocoa powder. · We stir well with the rods until we have a chocolatey mixture. · Preheat the oven to 180ºC. · We are going to use a rectangular glass container of about 25 x 11 cm. So that the sponge cake does not stick, we spread a little oil on all its walls. · With a spoon, in the center of the container, we will add 3 tablespoons of the vanilla mixture and on top of it 1 of the chocolate. 3 vanilla and 1 chocolate. And so on until we are done with the two mixes. · With a knife or a skewer stick, for example, we are going to draw the "marbling" of this sponge cake in a zigzag. First we zigzag across the width of the container, from one end to the other, and then along. · We are going to bake at 180ºC for about 45 minutes. To know if your cake is just you have to prick with a knife and when it is dry it will be ready. · Before unmolding it, let it rest for at least 3 hours, because otherwise when cutting it, the marbling will not come out correctly and it will not look as you want. · Once it has settled, with a knife we ​​separate the edges a little. · We turn the container over and you will see how it comes out easily. Give it a few touches if you see it necessary to help it down. · Now you can cut a few pieces and enjoy this delicious sponge cake. We hope you liked it!
