SUBSCRIBE for a VIDEO EVERY SUNDAY! Remember that you have the STEP BY STEP and the INGREDIENTS of this super #tartavegana of 3 chocolates here below! It's been a while since we had #tarta so we have dared with one of our favorites: 3 CHOCOLATES VEGANA TART! It does not need an oven and is super creamy, what more can you ask for? INGREDIENTS: BASE:  - 50 g roasted hazelnuts  - 80 g of oatmeal  - 8 Medjoul dates (about 120 g)  - 2 days of cocoa powder  - 1 tbsp coconut oil  - A pinch of salt VEGETABLE SADDLE:  - 160 g of fine cornmeal or corn starch (we will distribute in 3)  - 150 ml of water (we will divide into 3 equal parts) LAYER 1: BLACK CHOCOLATE  - 350 ml of rice milk (you can use any vegetable milk)  - 60 ml agave syrup  - 35 g of chocolate nero from 80 to 90% cocoa  - 2 tbsp cocoa powder LAYER 2: CHOCOLATE WITH VEG MILK  - 350 ml of rice milk (or any vegetable)  - 60 ml agave syrup  - 30 g of 50% cocoa dark chocolate LAYER 3: WHITE CHOCOLATE  - 350 ml of rice milk (or any vegetable)  - 60 ml agave syrup  - 40 g of raw cocoa butter  - 1 appointment of vanilla essence  - A pinch of salt DECOR:  - 20 g dark chocolate  - 20 g hazelnuts Date or chocolate syrup We will start doing THE BASE:  · Crush toasted hazelnuts, oat flakes until you have a kind of flour. We reserve in a large container.  · Soak the dates for at least 30 minutes and drain. Crush them until we have a date paste and add the hazelnut oatmeal to the bowl.  · We add cocoa powder, coconut oil and salt.  · Mix well until you have a dough. We use our hands (obviously clean xD) as it seems much easier.  · We will use a removable circular oven container 18 cm in diameter. We put the base in the container and crush it with our hands, compacting it well in the bottom.  · Let the refrigerator cool for about 10 minutes. While we are going to do THE VEGETABLE TABLE:  · We will distribute the ingredients in equal parts in 3 containers: In each one we will pour 40 g of fine cornmeal and 50 ml of water.  · We remove well so that it mixes and we reserve to use it when we make each layer. LAYER 1: BLACK CHOCOLATE  · In a saucepan we will put the vegetable milk, agave syrup, chocolate and cocoa powder.  · Heat over medium heat and stir until the chocolate melts.  · We gradually add the mixture of fine cornmeal and at the same time we stir so that no lumps are made.  · We continue stirring and in less than 1 minute you will see that the liquid becomes thick.  · Turn off the heat and remove.  · Remove from the refrigerator the base and pour over the layer of dark chocolate carefully.  · We give some touches with the container so that it reaches everywhere and with a spatula or spoon we try to flatten the surface a little so that it is smooth.  · Let it cool to room temperature for about 10 minutes and then put in the fridge for a while, until we put the next layer. LAYER 2: CHOCOLATE WITH VEG MILK  · In a saucepan we put the vegetable milk, agave syrup, and chocolate.  · Heat over medium heat while stirring until the chocolate melts.  · Add little by little while stirring the fine cornmeal until a cream forms.  · Remove from heat and pour over the layer of dark chocolate.  · Flatten with a spatula and reserve 10 minutes at room temperature.  · Put in the fridge for a while until we make the next layer. LAYER 3: WHITE CHOCOLATE  · Heat the vegetable milk, cocoa butter, agave, pinch of salt and vanilla over low heat in a saucepan.  · When the raw cocoa butter has melted, we slowly add the fine cornmeal mixture.  · We take it little by little while we remove until we have a cream.  · Remove from heat and pour over the previous layer.  · Leave 10 minutes at room temperature and then 6 hours minimum in the fridge. DECOR:  · Remove from the fridge after 6 hours.  · Above we will grate with a knife a little dark chocolate and toasted hazelnuts.  · Unmold, cut a piece and enjoy! We hope you liked it!
