Through grounding postures, full-body expansion, and breath connection, this practice sets the tone for the days to come. Arriving exactly as we are, we honour the joy in movement while reminding ourselves: how you move, breathe, or think doesn’t define who you are- on Day 2 or Day 20. Just keep showing up.
