25-Minute Stretch Yoga Flow | Day 13 Slowing (20-Day Homecoming Challenge)

Welcome to Day 13 of our 20-Day Homecoming Challenge This guided 25-minute functional stretch practice is fluid and soft, but not quite rest. It blends both active and passive movement to create length and space through the hips, psoas, thighs, and glutes. Day 13 is an opportunity to give back to your body — especially if it’s feeling worked, challenged, or simply in need of space to recalibrate. A moment to settle, soften, and prepare to continue. Props: two bricks are used in this class, but cushions or blankets work just as well. What you’ll find in this practice: • Functional stretching for hips, thighs, psoas and glutes • A blend of active and passive movement • Space to recalibrate and prepare for the next stage of the challenge This is a short yoga stretch flow to release tension, create space, and support your Homecoming journey.
