If you’ve been sitting at a desk, working on a computer, or carrying the weight of a busy day in your neck, shoulders, and upper back, this gentle yoga practice is for you. This 15-minute desk reset combines mindful movement, gentle stretches, and breath awareness to help release tension, improve posture, calm your nervous system, and leave you feeling lighter, stronger, and more like yourself again. Perfect for busy women who spend long hours sitting, working from home, or simply need a moment to pause and reset. 🌿 In this class you’ll: • Release tension in the neck, shoulders, chest, and upper back • Improve posture and upper body mobility • Reduce stress and mental fatigue • Stretch and strengthen the upper body • Feel calmer, lighter, and more energised 🧘 Props are completely optional. If you’d like extra support, you can use yoga blocks—or simply use a couple of sturdy books instead. No experience is needed.
