This 60-minute Water Mandala Vinyasa explores the Svadisthana Chakra, associated with the element of water, inviting movement through the hips and groins to tune into a sense of fluidity and flow. Through circular sequencing and full-body awareness, this class offers the body’s structure - its bones, its form a chance to move in liquid transit. We maintain strength and courage, as water does, while softening and lubricating the stickier spaces within.
