Mix all ingredients 30 g flour 2. Stir 3. Cover with a towel and let rise for 10–15 minutes 550–570 g flour 4. Form a well 200 ml water 5 g salt 40 ml vegetable oil 5. Mix 6. Add the dough to the flour 7. Combine well with a dough scraper 8. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1–2 minutes 9. Watch the video until the end; the bakers will reveal this method to you. 10. Place the dough on the table and knead for 5–7 minutes. 11. Do you prefer to knead the dough by hand or with a mixer? Write it in the comments. 12.
