Ingredients and Recipe: 200 ml water (1 cup or 6.8 fluid ounces) 200 ml milk (1 cup or 6.8 fluid ounces) 40 g sugar (2 tablespoons or 1.4 ounces) Yeast 8 g (2 teaspoons or 0.3 ounces) 1. Whisk together Egg white 1 piece 2. Remove the yolk, it will be used for brushing Butter 30 ml (1/5 cup or 1 fluid ounce) 3. Whisk together Flour 600 - 630 g (4 cups or 22 ounces) Salt 5 g (1 teaspoon or 0.2 ounces) 4. Mix well with a spatula 5. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes 6. Watch the video until the end, it shows a completely new method for shaping croissants 7. Place the dough on the table and knead for 5-7 minutes 8. Shape the dough into a triangle with your hands. 40. Cut into 3 parts. 41. Brush with pesto. 42. Distribute the cheese on top. 43. Shape into croissants and place on a baking sheet. 44.
