START HERE: Morning Routine for Dads Who Keep Waiting Until Monday | Day 6 of 7

How many Mondays have come and gone while you waited for the perfect time to start? The truth is, your life doesn't change on Monday. It changes on the random Thursday or Saturday morning when you decide to show up anyway. That's what we're building here at the 5AM Squat Club. Every morning before the rest of the house wakes up, we train our minds, train our bodies, and spend intentional time becoming the people we know we're capable of becoming. Today's workout is simple, beginner-friendly, and built around one of the most useful tools you can own: a sandbag. Workout: EMOM 14 Odd Minutes: 1–10 Sandbag Deadlifts Even Minutes: 1–5 Sandbag Squat Holds (3-second hold at the bottom) Beginner Option 1–3 Sandbag Deadlifts 1 Sandbag Squat Hold Scale the reps to your current fitness level and focus on consistency over intensity. The goal isn't to crush yourself. The goal is to build a morning operating system that helps you become stronger, calmer, more disciplined, and more capable—one day at a time.
