And today we're proving that you don't need a gym to build a capable body. This morning's workout is a simple 15-minute beginner-friendly bodyweight EMOM designed to build strength, movement quality, and confidence using nothing but your own body. Today's Workout – EMOM 15 Minute 1: 1–15 Push-Ups Minute 2: 2–20 Air Squats Minute 3: 1–10 Pull-Ups (or ring rows, bodyweight rows, or another scaled pulling variation) Complete 5 rounds. Scale the reps or movements as needed. The goal isn't to finish first or hit a PR—it's to show up and build the habit. Remember, the workout is only one piece of the system. ✅ Prime your mind. ✅ Move your body. ✅ Then spend one intentional hour working on something that will improve your life—your business, your family, your finances, your skills, or your future. Small actions, repeated consistently, become a different life.
