Bodyweight EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) 15 Minute 1: 4–20 Alternating Lunges (or Jumping Lunges) Minute 2: 1–10 Handstand Push-Ups (Scale to Pike Push-Ups) Minute 3: 1–10 Pull-Ups (Scale to Leg-Assisted Pull-Ups) Then: Every 90 Seconds × 7 Sets 3 Deadlifts Adjust the reps and difficulty to match your current fitness level.
