keeping the momentum going on my weight loss journey (it wasn’t easy)

This year, I'm on journey to become my best self. Part of that includes losing weight. So here's the daily habits I'm implementing: drinking 1 gallon of water, eating over 100g of protein and in a calorie deficit, walking 8k steps, and working out 4x a week. This week was all about becoming more consistent and building discipline. But I may or may not have hit a few obstacles along the road...
