This year, I'm on journey to become my best self. Part of that includes losing weight. So here are the daily habits I'm currently focusing on: drinking 80 oz of water, eating in a calorie deficit, and walking 8k steps. This week was all about getting back on track and building discipline. But some changes are happening in my life that might make it harder for me to stick to my routine...
