This year, I'm on a journey to become my best self, and part of that includes focusing on a healthy lifestyle. I'm currently on a journey to lose 50 pounds. Here are the daily habits I'm implementing in order to lose weight: drinking 1 gallon of water, eating over 100g of protein and in a calorie deficit, walking 8k steps, and working out 4x a week.
