This year, I'm on journey to become *THAT girl*. For me, part of that includes losing weight. I'm currently on a journey to lose 50 pounds. Here are the daily habits I'm implementing in order to lose weight: drinking 1 gallon of water, eating over 100g of protein and in a calorie deficit, walking 8k steps, and working out 4x a week. This week was all about improving my diet by eating less ultra-processed foods and more whole foods. This wasn't easy, but I made a few simple changes that made a big difference.
