UPPER BODY Push Day During Bodybuilding Prep
I’m finally bringing you an upper body workout after giving you guys so many glute sessions! Today we’re training a full upper body push day. Come train with me as we hit shoulders and triceps, chase a serious upper body pump, and work on building strength, shape, and balance. Don’t knock your upper body training until you’ve tried it.
