This is where most people mess up 👇 They keep cutting harder instead of training smarter. If you want to keep your glutes during a cut: • Keep glute training heavy and progressive • Don’t turn every workout into cardio • Keep protein high and consistent • Don’t rush the deficit • Use carbs strategically around training Your goal isn’t just to get lighter. It’s to keep shape while getting lean. Because anyone can lose weight… but not everyone keeps their physique doing it. If your glutes are disappearing, it’s not genetics. It’s your approach.
