This is why your poses don’t look right. A lot of competitors keep practicing their posing over and over but ignore the one thing that actually helps them sit into their poses better. Mobility. Today is a rest day for me but rest days are still productive. I start with mobility and stretches to open up my hips, glutes, and lower back so my poses look smoother and more natural. If you want your poses to look effortless on stage you need the mobility to actually get into those positions properly. Practice matters. But mobility is what makes the pose look right. After stretching I’m finishing the day with some steps. Rest day is still a productive day. 💪
