Turn Your Gel Prints Into a Beautiful No-Sew Pocket Book
One of the questions I hear most often is: "Jenna...what do I do with all the gel prints I've made?" If your studio is overflowing with beautiful prints, this new series is for you! In today's tutorial I'll show you how to transform your gel prints into a beautiful no-sew accordion pocket book (also called a concertina pocket book). No bookbinding experience is required, and you don't need any special tools. This project is perfect for: • storing keepsakes and mementos • holding artist trading cards • creating handmade journals • making memory books • using up your stash of gel prints • creating unique handmade gifts I also share ideas for using block prints, marbled papers, maps, dictionaries, sheet music, deli paper, and other decorative papers if you don't want to use only gel prints. Thank you to the talented UK artist Susan Yeates, whose wonderful tutorial inspired this project.
