Example) When using domestic strong flour, reduce the amount of water, etc. *Use Akasaf instant dry yeast --------------------------------- ①Make the dough in a 100 yen Tupperware. *Please refer to the video for the process up to putting the dough on the kneading board. ②Take the dough out onto the kneading board, knead for 3 minutes, divide it into 5 parts, roll them into balls, and let it rest for 20 minutes. ③ After the resting time, roll out the dough into a rectangle 10cm long x 20cm wide, then roll it up from the front to form bagels. *See the video for shaping instructions. ④ Spray the dough on the baking tray with water and let it rise for the second time (20 minutes or more in an oven with 40°C rise function). *The time is only a guideline (check the rise frequently) ⑤ Boil the dough after the second rise for 30 seconds on each side. ⑥ Bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 18 minutes and it's done. *Adjust the bake time according to the performance of your home oven. *Used TOSHIBA stone oven ER-XD3000 --------------------------------- ◆Time to completion (reference value) ・130 minutes *This is only an approximate time and may vary --------------------------------- #breadmaking #breadrecipe #easyhomemadebread #bagels
