Today, we visited "Komeko Research Institute," a cozy bagel and canelé shop located in Kyoto. True to the shop's name, its owner, Gourten Gourmet, is a passionate "bagel fanatic." After traveling across Japan to taste different bagels, she decided to open her own shop to create the perfect bagels she always dreamed of. Her dedication has attracted customers from all over, drawn not only by the unique flavors but also by the charming appearance of her creations. The shop was buzzing with visitors on the day of filming. Throughout the shoot, she could be seen joyfully experimenting with ingredients, saying things like, "This will make it even tastier!" and "What a great idea!"—and I can confirm, the taste was absolutely delicious.
