1 PRO Tip That Will TRANSFORM YOUR BENCH (I gained 60kg/132lbs)
In this video I wanted to give you guys a tip that helped me make significant progress on my bench press. Although it may seem like a pretty straight forward movement, in reality when you want to get stronger, there are a lot of nuances, techniques you can, and probably should use in order to maximize your progress. That tip is to not simply lower the bar until it touches your chest, but also bringing your chest to the bar right before you start lowering the barbell. This really transformed my bench press when I started doing this. And hopefully this will help some of you guys out too !
