I Couldn’t Bench 315lbs Until I Did This
We've all been stucked at some point on the bench. And at times it can seem a bit hopeless. When I was stucked just below 315lbs/140kg, I knew I needed to change some things in order to finally break that plateau. I changed how I approached my training, and after months of work I was able to finally break that barrier. Years later, still following the same approach, I can now bench 405lbs. So in this video I wanted to focus on the changes I made to my training, and hopefully this will help also some of you guys to make gains on their bench press.
