Yoga for SI Joint Stability | Beginner Friendly

Let's stabilize our si joints for goodness sake. This gentle, beginner friendly practice uses a block and strap to help strengthen and stabilize the muscles surrounding the si joint. We will stay low to the ground and incorporate yoga and pilates movements. I hope this helps! _________________ Hey there, I’m Danica.
