Getting Back to Your Core & Pelvic Floor | 20 Min Gentle Yoga

If you frequently deal with lower back pain, sciatica, or maybe feel like you've lost connection with your core, this 20 minute slow yoga practice will help! We will use two yoga blocks (you can also use a couch pillow instead) to strengthen our pelvic floor and deep core stabilizers. We stay low to the ground and this class is suitable for all levels. This is not a class to do if you're actively in pain in your lower back, it's a class to prevent it from happening again in the future.
