Slow All the Way Down & Sleep Better | 20 Min Restorative Yoga
If you struggle to turn your mind off and relax before bed, this restorative yoga practice is for you. It's designed to help you slow all the way down and fall asleep... you might even fall asleep during the practice. :) We will set the props up once at the beginning and we won't be moving them again. We will move around on them. We will use stillness, slow movements, and a breathing practice to help cut out the world and completely relax. You can do this in bed or or your mat. Props needed are a pillow, a rolled up blanket, and either a yoga block or another pillow for under your head. I hope you enjoy this practice. _________________ Hey there, I’m Danica.
