Barre Arms / 20 Minute Upper Body Workout

This 20 minute upper body-focused workout will sculpt and tone biceps, shoulders, and triceps, along with some back, core, and lower body integrations. You will rarely have a workout with me that doesn't hit the full body! Suggested props to get the most out of this workout include: light-medium weights and yoga mat. This workout comes from of my quarterly fitness challenges and is inspired by barre, yoga, Pilates, and general fitness. I
