Total Body Barre / In Person Class Recording
Welcome to total body barre! This is a live recording of an in-studio class, held at a local dance studio. Be prepared for some interruptions (my daughter's heading to their dance class, moving of the camera as we head to the barre, conversations with students), but also be prepared for an entertaining and effective workout! This is a 30 minute in class using the bender ball (mini Pilates ball), booty band, and weights. I use between 4-5 lb. weights.
