Barre Core Workout / 25 Minute All Abs

This 25 minute core workout comes from my Winter Fitness Challenge. We use bodyweight, the bender ball (small Pilates ball), looped resistance band, 1 medium weight, and a yoga mat. Inspired by Pilates, yoga, and barre, this workout will have your core shaking from all angles. I am a Barre Above and Balletone instructor with my own small business, Elizabeth Woolwine Fitness.
