15 Minute Core Workout / Pilates and Barre Core
This 15 minute core workout incorporates standing core (think barre!) and also core on the yoga mat (Pilates). We'll be using the bender ball (small Pilates ball), looped resistance band, a set of light-medium weights and a yoga mat. This workout comes from my Stronger Summer Workout Challenge.
