Upper Body Sculpt / 20 Minute Barre Arms

This 20 minute workout will work your upper body using a set of light-medium weights. I'm using my 4 lb. dumbbells and recommend anywhere from 3-6 lb. weights depending on your experience and current fitness level. This workout is designed for all bodies at all levels of fitness. It's a great workout to tag on after a walk, run or bike ride, or you could also do one of my core workouts afterwards to take it up a notch. Hope you love this!
