Subscribe to our channel here↓ *Scheduled to be released every Wednesday and Saturday from 7 PM. http://www.youtube.com/@sanpiryoron?s... ■Goya Champuru Fried Rice (Serves 2) [Ingredients] 1 bitter melon, 1/3 green onion, 1/2 can Spam, 1/2 block firm tofu, 2 eggs, 500g rice, 1.5 tablespoons vegetable oil, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper A (1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon mirin) [Directions] 1. Cut the bitter melon in half, remove the seeds and pulp, and cut into 1cm cubes. Place in a bowl, pour over boiling water, and leave for 15 minutes to drain. ② Finely chop the green onion. Cut the Spam into 1cm cubes. ③ Add oil (0.5 tablespoons) to a frying pan. Tear the tofu into pieces with your hands and add it over medium heat. Fry until browned and then remove from the frying pan. ④ Add oil (1 tablespoon) to the frying pan and stir-fry the bitter melon and Spam until soft. ⑤ Add the beaten eggs all at once and, while still half-cooked, add the rice. Fry while mixing and breaking up the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. ⑥ Once the ingredients are loosened and fried, add the tofu and green onion. Stir-fry briefly and add ingredients A to taste.
