Click here for the recruitment form↓ https://www.sanpi-ryoron.com/recruit/ ■Fried rice (2 servings) [Ingredients] 100g sliced pork belly, 2 chikuwa, 1/3 long onion, 2 eggs, 400g rice, 2 tablespoons of salad oil A (1/2 teaspoon salt, a little pepper, 2 pinches of hymie) B (1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon mirin) [Preparation] 1. Finely chop the long onion. Cut the chikuwa and pork into small pieces. Put the egg in a bowl and lightly beat it. 2. Heat a frying pan without oil. Sprinkle the pork with salt and pepper (a little) and fry over medium heat. Remove the pork when it is cooked. 3. Add salad oil (2 tablespoons) to the same frying pan. Heat over medium heat and add the beaten egg. Add the warmed rice while it is still half-cooked Stir-fry thoroughly. ④ Add the pork, chikuwa, and spring onion and stir-fry. Add A to season. ⑤ To finish, add B to the side of the pot Put the mixture in a stir-fry bowl. ■Bonus soup [Ingredients] Green part of spring onion (as needed), 30g wakame seaweed C (400cc water, 2 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 2 pinches of hymie, a little pepper) [Preparation] ① Chop the green part of the spring onion Cut the wakame seaweed into bite-sized pieces. ② Put C and ① in a pot and bring to a boil.
