YOGA YUVA KENDRA:YOGA TO STRESS FREE EVENING.
Hi Friends, This evening 8/6/26 we had our evening session of Yoga for "Body stretch with Yoga & Be Flexible". In this session we did standing Stretching and after that continued with Rudra Kriya - which is basically Yoga for Lungs and its cleansing. We continued with Asana's with a difference. That is we did all asana's on Knee joint Support for strong joints and get rid of Stress, Tensions and pent up emotions. The Asana's as follows. Ushtrasana, Ashwa Sanchalasana, Ardha Hanumanasana, Parthasana, Rama Pranamasana, Parigasana, Parsva Hasta Padangusthasana, Chandrasana, Vatayasana and last being Yoga Narasimhasana.
