Breathing Relaxation Technique - Cleansing kriya plus relaxation technique. Nadi Shuddhi Pranayama - to cleanse our Energy channels in our body called Nadi's. Continued with Asana's based on Padmasana Variations nearly 20 we performed & list is. Padmasana, Parvattasana, Yoga Mudra, Guptha Padmasana, Padma Bhujangasana, Adho Mukha Padmasana, Padma Bharadwajasana, Padma Gomukhasana, Utthita Padmasana, Sarvanghasana, Padma Sarvanghasana, Pindasana, Matsyasana and its variations, Garbha Pindasana is the last asana in this.
