Patonga 28112025

Today the Bushwalkers walk from Patonga to Pearl Beach and back again. It’s the end of Spring and the weather’s warming up. So we start early to evade the heat. In this walk we deliberately take a wrong turn and are rewarded by the sight of amazing overhanging rock formations. We have a close encounter with a young Goanna, generally admire the rainforest walk, bump into a piano and enjoy morning tea at beautiful Pearl Beach. On our return to Patonga after a 10 km walk, the drone nearly ends up as the dog’s lunch! You never know what you’ll encounter on a Friday Bushwalk !
